In some areas, our products are sold only thru local distributors. If you live in one of these areas and still submit an order, we'll contact you within 36 hours after we receive your order and refer you to that distributor. Please note: When purchasing through a distributor, product pricing is likely to be different from our website. Please check local zoning codes for proper ventilation requirements.
Pricing and Shipping Quotes
All quotes are subject to change until a firm order is placed and payment is received.
Your credit card will not be processed until we've reviewed your order and ruled out any errors or further issues. In the case of error, we will contact you and we will never charge you more than what was published at the time of your submittal. However, if you add additional items to correct errors, you will be charged the difference from the original order.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is available in the continental United States. At this time, no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Most items fall outside the restrictions of small parcel shippers such as UPS Ground or Fed Ex, and will be shipped via LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. Many items are large and may require special delivery and/or unloading arrangements. It will be your responsibility to make and pay for those arrangements, either with the carrier, or an outside agency.
Damaged or Shorted Merchandise
Please inspect your shipment, including inside your boxes for damage or shortages before signing the delivery receipt. If your order arrives damaged or short, obtain an exception number from the truck driver, refuse any damaged items at time of delivery, and call 1-800-843-3336 within 3 days. If you accept, or do not clearly notate problems, prior to the driver leaving, you may be responsible for losses.
No Returns
We cannot accept returns, and small replacement orders can be very expensive. Please take extra care when ordering to ensure correct quantities and colors.

Please note that compliance with state and local codes or laws regarding installation or use of any items on this web site, including, but not limited to those in regard to ventilation are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
