In some areas, our products are sold only thru local resellers. If you submit an order from one of these areas, we will contact you after we receive your order and refer you to that reseller. Please note that when purchasing through a local reseller, product pricing may be different from our website prices.
Pricing and Shipping Quotes
Because of the unique nature of skirting products, all orders are subject to change pending our review of the order. Your credit card will not be processed until we have received, reviewed and processed your order. In some cases, we may contact to you to confirm or suggest changes to your order prior to processing. If you pay by PayPal, your payment is immediately processed. If your order requires adjustment, you will be appropriately charged or credited for any adjustment. In some instances, our website may fail to accurately calculate your shipping cost and we reserve the right to contact you and inform of the correct shipping cost prior to processing your order.
Shipping is available in the continental United States. At this time, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Most items available on SkirtingDirect.com are too large for small parcel shippers such as UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground and will be shipped via LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the freight carrier and your tracking number. The freight carrier will then contact you to arrange a day and time for delivery. The carrier must be able to access the delivery location with a semi-truck (18-wheeler) and someone must be present to accept, inspect and sign for delivery. It is your responsibility to unload the product and you must make appropriate arrangements to do so. If you request special delivery and/or unloading services from the freight carrier (e.g. unloading, liftgate usage, re-consignment, re-delivery, etc.), such additional services are not part of the shipping cost charged to you by SkirtingDirect.com. It is your sole responsibility to make and pay for any additional delivery services that you request. If you fail to decline such additional delivery services and fail to pay for them at the time of delivery, you specifically authorize us to charge your payment card for such additional services.
Damaged or Shorted Merchandise
In order to make a damage or shortage claim, you must inspect your shipment, including all items, for damage or shortages before signing the delivery receipt. If your order arrives damaged or short, you must obtain an exception number from the truck driver, refuse any damaged items at time of delivery and call 1-800-843-3336 within 3 days. If you accept delivery or do not clearly note problems on the delivery receipt prior to the driver leaving, you will be responsible for any losses.
We do not accept returns and small replacement orders can be very expensive due to shipping costs. Please take extra care when ordering to ensure correct quantities and colors. We also highly recommend ordering product samples before ordering to ensure that you order the correct product and colors.
State & Local Laws
Local zoning and code requirements vary by location. Please check your local codes to ensure compliance with ventilation requirements. Compliance with all laws regarding installation or use of any items on this web site, including, but not limited to those in regard to ventilation, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Coupon Redemption Rules & Restrictions
Only one coupon can be redeemed per order. In all cases, if multiple coupons can be utilized and if the website allows them during check out, Everlock Systems reserves the right to cancel the use of the lesser coupon.
